We are all about striking balance. We’ll balance your marketing needs with the resources you have, and we’ll balance our planning for your law firm with your competitors’ marketing efforts. But we also value work life balance. Our writers have lives off their computers, and we can’t always guarantee a response within minutes or hours. What we can guarantee is that we’ll respond thoughtfully and effectively when we’re in front of our computers (which means we also take up less of your time!).
Obiter Marketing is a marketing consultancy that focuses exclusively on the legal industry. We recognise that the lawyers and law firms have unique marketing needs, and we develop strategies to overcome the challenges and pain points lawyers face in brand building and attracting clients.

Hey, I’m Stephanie.
After graduating with my LLB and earning my chops with a year at a marketing agency, I started Obiter Marketing to cater exclusively to law firms and the legal industry. Selfishly, I also started Obiter Marketing to fuel my intellectual passion for the law. Turns out, I’m very good at translating legal jargon into content that readers and search engines like! Content I’ve ghostwritten has been featured in Business Magazine, Supply Chain Brain, Legal Reader, Future of Sourcing, and more.
When I’m not in front of my computer (in Kelowna, Canada), you’ll find me training for trail races, mountain biking, snowboarding, or spending quality time with my amazing partner.
